Infrared Thermal Imaging Inspection
FREE with every inspection. Beyond the Standard Visual Inspection.
Using infrared technology, we can penetrate sheetrock, plaster, wood, drywall and even roofing, to see temperatures in parts of the home that are otherwise totally inaccessible. This lets building owners and buyers feel more secure in the structure. Traditional inspectors are only able to certify areas to which they have access, and also that are visible to the naked eye. This leaves a large portion of the building infrastructure vulnerable to hidden leaks and energy loss.
However, using infrared technology, we can with pinpoint accuracy identify areas of a home or commercial building that are suffering HVAC losses. In addition, once the required repairs are made, infrared technology lets us verify that the heating or cooling losses have stopped. With energy costs skyrocketing, this one benefit can pay for the cost of the inspection all by itself.
Sewer Scope Inspection
New Construction or Older Home. I will use a special camera to scope your sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with your plumbing system’s proper drainage. Finding and addressing such problems now can head off catastrophic and expensive repairs late
Septic Dye Testing
Septic Dye Testing is a non-invasive procedure that is used to determine the condition of the components of a home’s waste system. A septic dye test can expose obvious leaks and inadequacies in the system and indicate the need for repairs or alterations. It involves the introduction of a fluorescent dye into the septic system, which is “traced” to ascertain that the septic system can handle the volume of waste that is currently being put through it. Water Testing
I will take a water sample of the water at your home (typically only applicable with a well) and provide you “full spectrum” results to meet FHA and HUD standards for NC or SC. Do not take a chance with the water you’ll be putting in to your family’s bodies! Call for pricing.
